Clients maintain the right to request a complete purge of their project data from our active records upon successful completion of the warranty period.

All custom-made furnishing orders require a formal sign-off on design specifications. Once fabrication begins, modifications are subject to additional material and labor costs.

4. Payment Protocols

A mobilization deposit is required for all furnishing projects. Final balances must be cleared prior to on-site installation at the client’s premises.

5. Jurisdiction

All business transactions are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes will be settled within the legal jurisdiction of Ahmedabad.
